Vitamin combinations that you should never take together

First of all, a healthy body does not need supplements and vitamins with a proper diet, but there may be times when you are forced to take something like this. In this case, be careful not to accidentally take the following vitamins together, because doing so can lead to serious health problems.

Calcium and vitamin D.

These two supplements are often recommended together as they all contribute to bone health. Calcium can also help maintain heart health. However, a study recently appeared in the scientific journal Annals of Internal Medicine that taking the two drugs together could significantly increase the risk of stroke - in addition, the research was conducted on 160,000 female samples, so it can be said to be significant.


Vitamin B-3 and cholesterol lower

Dietary supplements containing niacin, or vitamin B-3 (typically multivitamins, by the way) are basically not dangerous unless you are taking cholesterol-lowering medications with them. There is a problem with simvastatin-containing medicines in particular, and it is also worth taking care of vitamin C, E, and beta-carotene.

This is because taking it together prevents the level of good cholesterol in your body from rising.

It is worth noting, however, that the combination has only been studied in subjects who already had coronary artery disease, and no such studies have yet been performed in healthy subjects.
